Blackberry and Lemon Fool
Create this lovely desert in just 10 minutes, then pop it in the fridge. Serve in glasses and garnish with a few of the fresh blackberries.

- 200g blackberries, keep a few back for the topping.
- 2. tbsp icing sugar
- Juice and zest of ½ a lemon
- 250ml double cream
